The buyer's agent takes the key out of the lockbox at the final walk-through for closing. Please leave any additional keys, garage remotes, and manuals in the kitchen for the buyers.

Schedule all utilities and mail to be disconnected on the date of closing. If the closing date changes, update these as well.
